Because Relationships Matter
We Understand How Important Relationships Are to Agents
Communication is business. Whenever there is no communication, it invites things to fall between the cracks such as necessary details, financial losses, and even coverage gaps. This leads to parties being lost and unsecure in their decisions.
Here, we bridge the gap so agents can reach new heights with the foundation of sturdy communication. Agents can feel secure knowing that they are providing the best financial options to their clients with tools that make the process seamless.

Shana Woodyard
Shana’s introduction to insurance began early as the daughter of a Kentucky Farm Bureau agency manager. Growing up around the industry gave her a firsthand appreciation for the importance of relationships, service, and doing business the right way. In 2002, she joined her father’s agency as a Customer Service Representative and licensed insurance agent, beginning a career built on experience and a genuine passion for helping others navigate insurance.
After nearly a decade with a Kentucky Farm Bureau agency, Shana expanded her professional background with five years in the financial services industry before returning to her roots in insurance. She joined an independent agency, where she discovered a renewed appreciation for the flexibility, choice, and client-focused approach that independent agencies provide.
During her time with an independent agency, Shana gained extensive experience writing Excess & Surplus (E&S) business and managing premium finance contracts. Through this work, she developed a strong understanding of the premium financing process and the value it brings to both agencies and policyholders.
She looks forward to building strong partnerships with agents across the region and becoming a trusted resource for their premium financing needs.
